Das AriaMx-Echtzeit-PCR-System ist ein vollständig integriertes, quantitatives PCR-System zur Amplifikation, Erkennung und Datenanalyse. Mit seiner innovativen modularen Optik, die sich mit einem einfachen Handgriff auswechseln lässt, kann man das Instrument flexibel hochskalieren, wenn entsprechender Bedarf entsteht. Der neueste Aufbau kombiniert einen hochmodernen Thermocycler, ein fortschrittliches optisches System mit LED-Erregungsquelle und Datenanalysesoftware. Intuitive Software wird weiterhin großgeschrieben: Das Instrument verfügt jetzt über einen Touchscreen, über den Platten und Analytik per Knopfdruck gestartet werden können. Die Software mit optimierter Leistung liefert Ergebnisse unter Erfassung von RDML-Daten, was für die Veröffentlichung gemäß MIQE-Richtlinien erforderlich ist.
Gleichzeitig kann die Software Bilder und Rohdaten in verschiedenen Formaten exportieren, wodurch sich die Ergebnisse in gängigen Programmen betrachten lassen.
